Practical answers to help you start the right conversation.
Talk through your projectStart with the need you want to solve: business or financing advice, telecommunications infrastructure, property development, HSE support, MEP systems, or managed asset protection. Share the scope you have in mind so the discussion can focus on the relevant service area.
You can start an enquiry around one service area or a combination of needs. Specify whether you need consultation, planning, implementation or ongoing asset protection; the exact deliverables and responsibilities should be defined in the project proposal.
MIKO’s company profile describes a national service footprint, with selected managed service and asset protection locations across Indonesia. Share your project location and requirements so the appropriate coverage and delivery arrangements can be discussed.
Business and financial consultancy includes ECA procurement financing scheme arrangements, equity and working capital fund raising. The profile also presents consulting and fund-raising experience. Any financing structure, availability and approval would depend on the specific project and the relevant parties; financing is not guaranteed.
A short project summary is enough to start: your company, the project location, the service required, the current stage and the target timeline. Existing drawings, site information, a scope of work or an indicative budget can help make the next discussion more focused.
The profile groups asset protection into fire protection, power systems, lightning protection and physical security. These include systems such as fire alarms and suppression, generators and electrical distribution, grounding, CCTV and access control. Confirm the site-specific equipment, service scope and responsibilities in your enquiry.
Cost and timing need to reflect the agreed scope, location, site conditions, technical requirements and delivery responsibilities. Request a project-specific discussion rather than relying on a standard package price. Share any target dates or budget limits upfront.
Send a brief introduction, your capabilities, relevant experience, operating locations and the collaboration you have in mind to info@mikoindonesia.com. Make clear whether your interest is in advisory, project delivery, technical supply or managed services.
From strategy and financing to infrastructure delivery and asset protection. Let’s move your next project forward.
